We use the F.I.T.T principles. It targets weak areas within your workouts and helps promote stronger muscles, and a healthy heart. "F" stands for "Frequency," meaning, how often you work out. "I" stands for "Intensity," meaning how hard can you go towards your goal without making excuses. T stands for "Time," meaning how long do you work out. The second "T" stands for "Type," meaning what type of exercises are you currently doing that you can incorporate with other exercises. With our holistic wellness programs, we will help decrease common health issues such as, Diabetes, Obesity, Cardiovascular Disease, High Blood Pressure, and Reduce Stress.
